Registration Update 2/6/2008
Due to an internal logistical issue, the registration mailers that are normally sent out by mid-January were sent out only last week. As you may have noticed it was unfortunately past the early registration fee schedule date. I apologize for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.

In an effort to correct this issue, we have extended the early registration fee deadline by 2 weeks and will accept the early registration amount found on the form until 2/15/2008.

Registration will be accepted by mail or in person for the 2008 FYBA baseball/softball season.

Walk-in registrationwill be held at the following locations:

Optimist Club at Joyce Park - Saturday January 19th, 26th and February 2nd 2008 from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Dick's Sporting Goods at Bridgewater Falls in Fairfield Township - January 26th from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

All mailed registration forms must be post marked by the date (specified below) to receive early registration fees.
Mail completed registration form(s) to: FYBA, P.O. Box 205, Fairfield, OH 45018.

Birth Certificates: All children who did not play in the league last year are required to include a copy of their birth certificate. DO NOT send FYBA the original, as it will not be returned. Note: Delay in receiving proper fees and/or birth certificate will delay or prevent your child being placed on a team.

Registration fee refunds will only be given for medical reasons,
moving out of the area, or if a child cannot be placed on a team.

Please note: Girls' leagues will use January 1 to determine league assignment, while the boys' leagues will use April 30th as the age determination date. *

· * - April 30th represents a new age determination date for the boys programs and is now the accepted National Standard deployed by USA Baseball to all youth baseball leagues. FYBA will be implementing this immediately for all new/existing program participantion.
