FYBA Managers and Players
Code of Conduct

PROFANITY
The use of profanity will NOT be tolerated at the park during game or practice hours.

Managers:
The association requests that the managers must set the example for the players. For this reason, the umpire has the discretion to eject the manager from the game on the first offense.

Players:
First Offense-The umpire or manager will give a warning to the player. It will be at the umpire's discretion based on the severity of the offense, to bypass the warning and eject the player from the game.

Second Offense-The umpire will notify the manager that the player will be benched for the remainder of the game.

Third Offense-The manager will be asked to remove the player from the park. The game will not resume until the player has left the park. The FYBA Board will review the situation and determine if further punishment is necessary.

FIGHTING
Fighting will NOT be tolerated by anyone. Anyone caught will be escorted out of the park.

Managers:
Managers will keep their fans from disrupting the game. There will be no confrontations between the managers and coaches. If such a confrontation occurs, all parties involved will attend a disciplinary hearing with the Board.

Players:
A meeting between the manager, league representative, umpire and parent or legal guardian will be held. A decision will be made concerning further disciplinary action.

SPORTSMANSHIP
Managers and players will show good sportsmanship at all times. It will be left up to the umpire as to what disciplinary action will be taken.

DUGOUTS
Managers and players will not bring anything into the dugout other than their baseball equipment, water, drinks, or food. Bringing any contraband substance of any kind into the dugout will result in a game suspension for all parties involved. The manager must authorize all prescriptions drugs.

PARK RULES
Please remind your parents, players, relatives and anyone else who might come to the park that the following rules will be enforced:

NO PETS - This includes all pets. You will be asked to take your pet out of the park even if your child is playing.

NO Bicycle riding, roller blades, skates, or unauthorized motor vehicles at any time.

NO profanity from spectators or participants will be tolerated.

NO Alcohol - All Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

No soft toss against the fences.
